We chose Legacy Outdoor Services to implement the first phase of a multi-year landscape plan for our new house. It was an excellent experience all around and we are very, very pleased with the results. Everyone there is a pleasure to work with. Paul walked through the project with us when he did our estimate, and proposed several changes to our designer’s plan that were improved solutions to fix our yard’s drainage challenges. Jessica, the office manager, was always responsive to questions, and Tami did a great job hunting down the plants we selected — which wasn’t that easy in September. When they couldn’t find the specific plants on our plan, she collaborated with us to select acceptable substitutes.
Austin, our project manager, and his crew were wonderful. They are great guys, hard workers, and do an amazing job. Even the installation was a collaborative experience. Austin suggested an additional dry creek bed on the side of the yard to deal with the excess water that funnels into our yard from the neighbor’s driveway.
